Vibe UI 2.0 on Lenovo S650, How to install China Version Firmware - Vibe UI 2.0 on Lenovo S650 can be obtain if your Lenovo S650 using china version firmware. Vibe UI 2.0 is only available on china version, international or ROW still using Vibe UI 1.5 but not all devices received update for Vibe UI 2.0 because not all international device got china version firmware.
Today i will posting guide installing or flashing Vibe UI 2.0 on Lenovo S650, and tommorow i will post again how to install custom recovery and rooting Vibe UI 2.0 on Lenovo S650 so you can install Google applications easily.
Before start to follow this guide, there is something that you must to know. Vibe UI 2.0 is a china version firmware so it doesnt contains Google applications and only have 2 language which is china and english only.
This guide is about to flash or install new operating system to your device so it will erase all data and have possibility to brick your device, please be careful and consider it before start to follow this guide.

Vibe UI 2.0 on Lenovo S650, How to install China Version Firmware

Download the ROM files and move or copy to your SD card root folder, rename it become update.zip
This guide can be perform using custom recovery, so after installing china version firmware change your recovery. Refer to this guide How to Install TWRP v2.6.30 Custom Recovery for Lenovo S650, because standard china recovery will be on china language and dont have many features like custom recovery.
Turn off your device, press and hold Power button + Volume Up + Volume Down button until it show recovery main menu.
Select Wipe ? Swipe to Factory Reset
Back to main menu, Select Install ? navigate it to update.zip ? Swipe to install. Wait until installation progress finish and back to main menu again
Select Wipe ? Swipe to Factory Reset again for the last time, after finish back to main menu and select Reboot.
Done, enjoy your Vibe UI 2.0 on Lenovo S650.

Device Manager there will be MTK65xx Preloader Devices show up for 5 second than disappeared, before disappeared right click on it and select Update Driver Software point it to USB VCOM Driver extracted folder. When it finish disconnect and connect again there will be Mediatek PreLoader USB VCOM Port on your device manager.

SP Flash Tool v3.1324 ? this is an optional download, actually when you downloaded ROM files it included flash tool also.

Lenovo S960 Install Android 4.2 S960_S123 CN Version Firmware

Download all required files above, place it on one folder for easy organize it. Please make sure that USB VCOM driver already completely installed on your computer before continued to the next step.
Extract downloaded ROM files, you will find 3 7z files and one folder. Flash tool is located inside the folder, extract target_bin.7z and you also need to extract flash tool inside the folder, SNOOPY????_20130703_(v3.1324.0.177).rar

Go to folders and located flash tool, run flash tool.exe if you are using windows 7 or later then please run using administrator privilege to avoid any permission error, If you got Access Violation when trying to run it then just remove all china character from flash tool folder. On the flash tool check DA DL All with Checksum option, then click on the Scatter-Loading button and point it to target_bin/MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt this action will also automatically load all required images to flash tool.

Finish configure flash tool, just press Download button or hit F9, when you received information that not all images loaded correctly just press Yes button, flash tool will begin initialize the ROM files, become stand by and ready to connect with your device.
Now turn off your device, because Lenovo S960 use non removable battery you must wait until you can make sure that your device is completely turn off, connect your device and the flash tool will recognize your device and begin to start the flashing process.
Process will take 5-6 minutes to finish, and when finish it will inform by GREEN CIRCLE in the middle of flash tool with Download OK information box. When you can see it then you free to disconnect your device.

Done.You already successful upgrade / downgrade your Lenovo S960 to Android 4.2 S960_S123 CN version firmware, confirm it with go to System Setting ? About Phone

How to Install/Flash a KDZ Firmware on LG Devices

Stock firmwares for LG devices come in KDZ (and sometimes TOT)format. You can flash these firmwares using the LG Flashtool on a Windows PC to either restore a device stock firmware or downgrade from an updated release.

Below is a guide on how to flash KDZ firmwares on LG devices, follow the instructions carefully

Extract/Unzip the LG Flash Tool 2014 .zip file on your PC. You’ll get a bunch of files required to run the program.
Double-click/Run LGFlashTool2014.exe file to Open LG Flash Tool.
? If it doesn’t open, install Visual C++ Runtime Library from here and then try again.
Boot your LG device into Download Mode:
- Power off your LG device.
- Press and hold Volume Up button.
- Connect your device to PC with a USB cable while holding the Volume Up button.
- You’ll boot into download mode with “Firmware Update” written on top of the screen.
Now load the .kdz firmware file into LG Flash Tool window on your PC. Click the browse button at the end of the “Select KDZ file”line. Leave every other option as is on the LG Flash Tool window.
Once you’ve selected .kdz firmware file, click “CSE Flash” button to proceed on flashing the .KDZ firmware to your LG device.
? FYI, the “Normal Flash” button doesn’t wipe data and the “CSE Flash” button wipes data. If you’re upgrading from a stock firmware, then “Normal Flash” might do.
You’ll get a “Read Phone Information” window, it will be blank for the most part. Just hit the START button and proceed.
You’ll be asked for administrator permissions for some LG program on your PC, accept it.
Now you’ll see “Select Country & Language” window. Select“Different” from the country list and then “English” from the language list. And remember to NOT tick the Smartphone upgrade checkbox, it’s for Windows Mobile phones not your LG device running on Android.
To finally begin firmware flashing process, hit the “OK” button.
You’ll see a progress bar now. Just wait until it’s 100%, after which you might get an error “Connection to server failed”. This is okay. DON’T disconnect your phone at this point.
Watch your phone closely, you’ll see some activity going on the screen with “COM” written in green text. Once that happens click OK to the “Connection to server failed” error.
Now watch the firmware update progress bar on your phone. Once it’s complete, your phone will automatically reboot. And then you can disconnect your phone from PC and close the LG Flash Tool utility as well.

How to install TWRP recovery in HTC One M9 [Guide] - Teamwin TWRP Recovery Recovery Option is easy custom choose for smartphone HTC One M9. The following guide shows you everything you need to successfully install TWRP and give you everything you need beforehand. Find all you need after the fall.

REQUIREMENTS
You should only use this guide on HTC One Smartphone M9 and not one of the other options such as smartphones or M8 M7.

Before starting
You need to unlock the bootloader HTC One M9.
Download the ADB and fastboot files.
Download the beta version for HTC One TWRP recovery M9.

INSTALLING RECOVERY TWRP HTC ONE M9

1. Unzip the ADB and fastboot files to the computer.
2. Transfer the recovery image TWRP "TWRP-2.8.6.x-hima.img" file to the same folder containing fastboot.
3. Keep the fastboot folder and open the mouse click and hold down the Shift key while in a blank space in the folder.
4. Select to open the command prompt of one of the option in the menu.
5. Now completely off the M9 holding the power key for more than five seconds.
6. Reboot into Download Mode by holding Volume Down and Power buttons together, now release the power button but continue holding the Volume Down key, which is now in boot loader mode.
7. Once you see the screen change, you should use the volume key down to scroll the display to the option hovering over the "Boot to download Mode" option. You have to press the power button to confirm moving.
8. Rename the file TWRP-2.8.6.x-hima.img to recovery.img.
9. Connect the HTC One M9 to the computer via the USB cable and from the command line, type the following command:
"Fastboot flash recovery recovery img"
Thats all you need to do to install TWRP recovery.

SP Flash Tool v3.1304 ? Flash Tool needed to install custom recovery to your device, if you often modified your device than you must have this tool.
USB VCOM Driver ? Install this driver first on your computer, Turn off your device and remove the battery, using USB cable connect your device while look at My Computer ? Manage ? Device Manager there will be MTK65xx Preloader Devices show up for 5 second than disappeared, before disappeared right click on it and select Update Driver Software point it to USB VCOM Driver extracted folder. When it finish disconnect and connect again there will be Mediatek PreLoader USB VCOM Port on your device manager.

Install TWRP v2.7.1.1 for P780 ROW KitKat on Firmware ROW_S220_140722

Download all required files on your computer, this files need to one folder for easy organize it and easy to loaded on Flash Tool. Before continue to next step please make sure that USB VCOM driver already completely installed on your computer.
Extract TWRP_v2.7.1.1_ROW_KK and SP Flash Tool v3.1304 on the same folder, now go to SP Flash Tool v3.1304 extracted folder and run Flash Tool.exe if you are using windows 7 please run it with administrator privilege.
On the Flash Tool, check DA DL All with Checksum option. If you dont check this option you will get DL Error when you do first boot on your device. Click on Scatter-Loading button and point it to TWRP_v2.7.1.1_ROW_KK extracted folder and select MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt, this action will automatic load recovery.img to it place.

When everything set, press Download button (4) or you can hit F9, this will make Flash Tool ready to connect with your device
Now please turn off your device and remove the battery. Connect your device to computer, Flash Tool will recognize your device and begin to start flashing process, This process will just take 10-15 seconds to finish. When you see Green Circle in the middle Flash Tool that mean you can disconnect your device from computer.

Done, disconnect the device from your computer. Try to turn it on and go to recovery mode, press and hold Power Button + Volume Up + Volume Down button and release it until you can see TWRP main menu.

Congratulations, You already success modified your Lenovo P780 with install TWRP v2.7.1.1, now you can freely modified your current ROM and install custom ROM, and please try backup and restore function from TWRP.

Install Custom Recovery TWRP v2.7.1.0 on Lenovo S860 2Gb RAM - Not long ago i am write a guide how to install Vibe UI 2.0 china firmware on Lenovo S860 with 2 Gb RAM, on this guide it need to use TWRP v2.7.1.0 for the installation but i dont have guide how to install TWRP v2.7.1.0 for Lenovo S860 2 Gb RAM, so today i will try to write how to install TWRP v2.7.1.0 for Lenovo S860 2Gb RAM.
This guide is only for european or international Lenovo S860 with 2 Gb RAM and will not work with china Lenovo S860 which has 1Gb RAM it will only brick your device. This guide also for KitKat International firmware only and has enable OTG on recovery mode, this guide using flash tool method to install custom recovery on your device so there is some driver that need to install on your computer before you can start following this guide

Requirement :

Because this guide is using flash tool, then you must make sure that USB VCOM driver is completely installed on your computer, how to install USB VCOM driver :
- turn off your device and remove the battery, If you device using non removable make sure that your device is completely turn off
- open device manager on your computer
- connect your device using USB cable
- there will be MTK65xx Preloader Devices show on your device manager, PORT section for 5 second or less and then disappear
- disconnect and connect your device again, right click on MTK65xx Preloader Devices before it disappear, select Update Driver Software
- point it USB VCOM extracted folder, and install the driver from there.
- disconnect and connect your device again, there will be Mediatek PreLoader USB VCOM Port on your device manager PORT section.

Download :

SP Flash Tool v3.1324 ? this is flash tool, too to flash custom recovery or ROM to your device using this tool you can flash or backup you ROM. Recommended to use this version only.
USB VCOM driver ? without this driver flash tool will not recognize your device, install it first before start following the guide.
TWRP_v2.7.1.0_S860_ROW_KK ? custom recovery image

Install Custom Recovery TWRP v2.7.1.0 on Lenovo S860 2Gb RAM

Download all required files, first thing to do is install the USB VCOM driver on your computer, so please follow requirement section, make sure it completely finish and show Mediatek PreLoader USB VCOM Port on your device manager PORT section.
Extract flash tool and custom recovery files on the same folder, open flash tool extracted folder and run flash_tool.exe, if you are using windows 7 or later please run it using administraotr privileges to avoid any permission error.
On the flash tool, check DA DL All with Checksum and the click Scatter-Loading button browse it to custom recovery extracted folder and then select MT6582_Android_scatter.txt, click open.
It will automatically load recovery.img to flash tool

Now, you just need to press Download button on flash tool, it will trigger warning that said not all images correctly loaded. Just press Yes button and flash tool will become standby waiting connection with your device. (with all button disable, only stop button enable)
Turn off your device, remove the battery or if your device use non removable battery just make sure that it completely turn off (wait for 2-3 minutes after power off it). Connect your device to flash tool, if USB VCOM driver is completely install the flash tool will recognize your device and begin to flash the custom recovery, it will take 10-15 second to finish and will show GREEN CIRCLE in the middle of flash tool
Done

Congratulations, you have successful install custom recovery TWRP v2.7.1.0 on Lenovo S860 with 2 Gb RAM, to check it just boot to recovery mode press Power button + Volume Up + Volume Down button and release when you see TWRP main menu. How to install TWRP v2.8 on Samsung Galaxy A5 SM-A500 All Varient

Download and fill all the requirement for following this guide, the most important is your device is already rooted because flashify cannot run without root access.
Move the download file to your external sd card.
Open the flashify, if asking for root access just press allow without modified any options

Select Recovery Image, this options can be use to flash or install recovery image like cwm or twrp image.

Next, choose the downloaded file that already move to your sd card, select Choose a File, then select your desire file explorer, if you dont see any try download ES File explorer from Google Play Store

Browse to your sd card and choose the TWRP image file you want to flash, then just confirm all by select or press YUP!. Installation process will begin and then when it finish it will ask to reboot just select Reboot Now.

That it, after reboot it should boot to recovery mode. If not just use the Power + Volume Up + Home button combination to boot to recovery mode.

Today i will try to write a guide on how to install custom recovery on Vibe UI 2.0 1439, this custom recovery needed to install root applications on your Lenovo S650 running Vibe UI 2.0 1439.
Before starting this guide i must told you that this guide will remove your warranty, have possibility to brick your device, and will change your original recovery to custom recovery.

Download all files from the download section to your computer, this guide is using flash tool to flash the custom recovery file to your device so please make sure that USB VCOM driver is installed properly on your computer.
Extract SP Flash Tool v3.1324 and TWRP_v2.6.3.0_S650_CN to your computer, place it on on folder for easy organize it. Go to flash tool extracted folder and run flash_tool.exe, if you running windows 7 or later please use administrator to avoid any permission error.
On the flash tool, check DA DL All with Checksum option and the click Scatter-Loading button, browse to target_bin and the select MT6582_Android_scatter.txt when you select and load it, it will automatically load recovery.img to flash tool.

When everything is set, you just need to press Download button, this will trigger information warning that not all images loaded correctly, just confirm it with press Yes button.

On this state, the flash tool in on the stand by mode and ready to received connection with your device. Turn off your device and remove the battery, now you can connect your device to your computer. Flash tool will recognize your device and begin to start installation, this only take 5-10 seconds to finish and if you can see GREEN CIRCLE on the middle of flash tool that mean installation is finish.

Done, now you can disconnect your device. Turn on your device and go to recovery press and hold Power button + Volume Up + Volume Down button and release when you see TWRP main menu.

Custom Recovery TWRP for Lenovo S850, How to Install on Lenovo S850 - This is the second guide installing custom recovery on Lenovo S850, the first is installing custom recovery TWRP with version 2.7.0.1.
Today i will post how to installing custom recovery on Lenovo S850 TWRP with version 2.8.0.0 that on the source article it say it will fix touch problem on some device when installing custom recovery TWRP v2.7.0.1. Not like the version 2.7.0.1 on this guide it only addressed for Lenovo S850 installing with international firmware version and for china version i am still not have yet.
This guide using fastboot method to install the custom recovery, it like new method in my blog because i never use this way and i hope it lot easier to follow than the other method, but be careful and prepare backup first.

Custom Recovery TWRP for Lenovo S850, How to Install on Lenovo S850

First you must install ADB driver, you see how to install ADB driver from here
Then you need to enable USB debugging option, this can be done with :
- Connect your Lenovo S850 to computer, slide down the notification bar, choose USB connection options, then put check on next on USB Debugging.
- Or you can go to System Settings ? Developer Options ? give check on USB Debugging.

Extract fastboot-recovery and TWRP to the same folder, ie c:LenovoS850
Go to c:LenovoS850 and then run flash.bat
It will show command prompt and run the script on flash.bat
Just wait until finish then your device will reboot automatically
Done. Confirm that custom recovery already installed on your device go to recovery mode with combination button (Power button + Volume Up + Volume Down) or using MTK droid tool or else.

Today i will show you how to install custom recovery for Lenovo A319, this guide will replace your current stock recovery with custom recovery so please consider to backup current recovery, once it replace there is no way to restore it without the backup.
In this guide we will use flash tool to install custom recovery, and contains 2 type on custom recovery so you can choose what you like to install.
Please read the requirements first before starting to install, this will need a computer and you will need to install some driver.

Downloads :

SP Flash Tool v3.1344 ? flash tool for installing custom recovery to your device, very recommended that you use this version only.
CTRv27 ? custom recovery Carliv Touch, this version already enable to read external sd card and can use touch screen to operate it
CWM v5.5.0.4 ? custom recovery cyanogenMod, use volume up and volume down for navigation, this is old fashion custom recovery.
USB VCOM ? driver that need to install so flash too will recognize your device

Requirement :

Download and installing USB VCOM driver, follow below step :
- turn off your device and remove the battery, If you device using non removable make sure that your device is completely turn off wait like 20 seconds after power off the device
- open device manager on your computer
- connect your device using USB cable
- there will be MTK65xx Preloader Devices show on your device manager, PORT section for 5 second or less and then disappear
- disconnect and connect your device again, right click on MTK65xx Preloader Devices before it disappear, select Update Driver Software
- point it USB VCOM extracted folder, and install the driver from there.
- disconnect and connect your device again, there will be Mediatek PreLoader USB VCOM Port on your device manager PORT section.

How to Install Custom Recovery on Lenovo A319 Carlive Touch v3.0

Above requirement must be completely installed, without it flash tool will not recognize your device and the progress will stay at 0%. Download flash tool and custom recovery file, extract it and place it on one folder.
Run flash_tool.exe, if you are using windows 7 or later than please run it using administrator privileges to avoid any permission error.
On the flash tool, make sure you check DA DL All with Checksum option, then click on Scatter-Loading button browse it to extracted custom recovery folder and then select MT6572_Android_scatter.txt this will automatically load recovery.img to flash tool

When everything is set up just press Download button or short cut F9, this will trigger warning that say not all images loaded completely just confirm and press Yes button.
Now turn off your device, remove the battery. If you device using non-removable battery just make sure that device is completely turn off.
Connect your device, if USB VCOM driver is completely installed flash tool will recognize your device and start installation process, the process will take 10-15 seconds and will be mark with GREEN CIRCLE in the middle of flash tool.

Done, now you can disconnect your device. To enter to recovery mode on Lenovo A319 you need press and hold Volume Up + Power Buton while your device is off.

How To Install TWRP/CWM (ClockWorkMod) or Any Custom Recovery on Xiaomi Redmi 1s

Xiaomi Redmi 1s is among the fastest selling smartphone in India. Popularity of Redmi 1s is likely due to the high specification/price ratio. Recalling specifications it is powered by a 1.6GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor which is overclocked to 1.6GHz from 1.2GHz. 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which is expandable further up to 64GB via microSD card. It is bundled with a 4.7-inches HD capacitive touchscreen with decent viewing angles. The smartphone was less than half the price of Motorola Moto G (first gen.) as well as Moto G (Second Gen.) yet similar configuration, I would say better configuration than both the devices.

If you are a beginner to flashing custom ROMs and mods on your smartphone then the essential is to have a recovery, different than what manufacturer provide. There are key players in the market like CWM (ClockWorkMod), TWRP and Philz recovery. TWRP is my personal preference because its easy to use and supports almost all ROMs. CWM is also a great alternative, but some ROMs like LaceUp and RedmeXtreme were more comfortable with Philz and TWRP.

Selecting recovery is your personal preference we will guide you the procedure to install a custom recovery whatever you wish to install.
Please Note – Installing custom recovery void your smartphones warranty. Even for Xiaomi. Proceed with caution, you can’t blame me or AndroidCS afterwards.
Method One Using Mi Recovery
Difficulty – Very Easy
It is one of the simplest way to flash, files on Xiaomi smartphones. Using Mi Recovery to flash TWRP/CWM or any other custom recovery on Redmi 1s.
There are two procedures to install custom recoveries opt according to your preference.

Download the recovery package *.zip file on your smartphone or computer then transfer it to the root directory of your smartphone.
Now launch Updater application, then in settings of Updater select Install Update via Zip.
After that browse *.zip you just transferred to the root directory.
Hit Install update. It will extract and install, then a popup to reboot the device will display.
Reboot device

Now you have TWRP/CWM or any other custom recovery on your Xiaomi Redmi 1s.
Alternative

Download the recovery package *.zip file on your smartphone or computer and transfer it to the root directory of your internal memory.
Now rename the file as update.zip from whatever it was previously.
Turn off the device.
Now hold Volume Up and Power key simultaneously to boot in Mi Recovery.
Select English as preferred language.
Then Select Install.zip
Reboot System

Now you have a custom recovery installed on your Redmi 1s. I would still recommend you TWRP over CWM.
Method Two Using Fastboot
Difficulty – Moderate

Install latest drivers for your Redmi 1s on your computer. You will require a Windows computer for this procedure.
Now Download Custom Recovery for Redmi 1s, TWRP or CWM. Links mentioned below.
Install ADB and Fast boot on your system. Click here to install ADB and Fast boot on your computer.
Recheck latest drivers are installed.
Now reboot your Redmi 1s in fast boot mode by pressing and holding Volume Down and Power Key simultaneously.
Extract recovery zip file to obtain *.img file required to flash. Now paste this *.img file inside ADB and Fast boot folder.
Connect your smartphone to your computer.
Inside ADB + Fast boot + recovery *.img folder press Shift and then Right Click to get a dialog box having several options, select “Open command windows here.”
Type the following command “adb devices” without quotes, hit enter.
You will see, your device Id as a result, if nothing appears remove previously installed drivers for Redmi 1s and install the latest one and proceed further.
To flash recovery type this command. “fastboot flash recovery (recovery name).img”, without quotes and hit enter.
Flashing will commence and end soon.
Then type “adb reboot recovery” without quotes, to enter into recovery and confirm recovery is successfully flashed on your smartphone.

Reboot to System. Enjoy TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project), CWM (ClockWorkMod) on your Xiaomi Redmi 1s aka Armani.

Install TWRP 2.7.1.1 on Lenovo S660 Running Android 4.4.2 - Today guide we will modified our Lenovo S660 with changing the Lenovo Standard recovery with custom recovery TWRP v2.7.1.1 this is the latest version for TWRP and already mod so it can compatible with Lenovo S660. This modification needed when you wanna to root your Lenovo S660 running Android 4.4.2, Since Lenovo release Android 4.4.2 for it devices, rooting method cannot be done using framaroot, vroot, root genius and etc the solution for this is we must install custom recovery first then install root from recovery mode.

Download all required files, place it at same folder for easy organized it. Extract SP Flash Tool v3.1328 and TWRP_S660EU on the same folder. Make sure you already completely installing USB VCom driver before continued to next step.
Go to flash tool extracted folder and run Flash_Tool.exe, if you are using windows 7 or later please ensure that you running it using administrator privilege, on the flash tool check DA DL All with Checksum option. Now click on Scatter-Loading button and point it to TWRP_S660EU extracted folder and select MT6582_Android_scatter.txt, this will load recovery.img to flash tool.

When finish with flash tool, now press Download button or hit F9. This will show pop up that told not all images loaded correctly, just click Yes button. And flash tool become stand by mode waiting connection from your device.

Now turn off your device and remove the battery, connect your device with USB cable data to your computer, if USB VCom driver installed completely then flash tool will recognize your device and begin to start flashing process. This process only take 2-3 minutes and when you see GREEN CIRCLE in the middle of flash tool you save to disconnect your device

Done, congratulation you already finish change your Lenovo Standard Recovery with custom recovery TWRP v2.7.1.1. confirm it with go to recovery mode turn off your device and then turn on with press and hold Power Button + Volume Up + Volume Down button until you can see TWRP v2.7.1.1 main menu.

About Device if Build Number contains ROW than you need to convert your firmware to china version. download S920_S141_130614 and install with flash tool. extract the files replace recovery.img with TWRP_2.6.3.0_Lenovo_S920CN_FT and delete or rename checksum.ini inside the extracted folder

Download :

VIBEUI_V2.0_1443_7.25.1_ST ? 637 Mb, this is Vibe UI 2.0 file that can only be install with custom recovery through recovery mode.

How to Install Vibe UI 2.0 on Lenovo S920 include with Gapps 1443

If you manage to get to this step, i am assume you already success install china firmware version with custom recovery on your Lenovo S920, the rest of this step is very easy to follow.
Download the Vibe UI 2.0 files and move or copy to your external SD Card, better copy it to the root of your external SD Card dont inside the folder.
Turn off your device and boot to recovery mode, press and hold Power button + Volume Up + Volume Down button release it until you can see TWRP main menu.

Select Wipe ? Swipe to wipe, recommended to do factory reset or wipe before installing the ROM.
Back to main menu and select Install ? Select Zip to Install ? browse it to external SD Card and the select VIBEUI_V2.0_1443_7.25.1_ST, just Swipe to Install
Wait the process until finish, back to main menu again do Wipe ? Swipe to wipe, now after do factory reset you can Reboot System and do normal boot
Done, first booting will take longer than usually so be patience. Confirm that you already successful install Vibe UI 2.0 on Lenovo S920

Extract recovery file and flash tool on your computer, place it at one folder for easy organize it. Go to flash tool extracted folder and run flash_tool.exe, if you are using windows 7 or later please run it as administrator to avoid any permission error.
On the flash tool, please go to Options ? Option ? Download and make sure that DA DL All with Checksum already being checked, press [x] to close and back to flash tool

Lenovo S850 Install TWRP 2.7.0.1 Custom Recovery

Download all required files, if you ever read and follow my guide about update Lenovo S850 with Android KitKat then you must know that USB VCOM driver must installed completely before you can continued to the next step.
Extract all downloaded files, please extract it to the same folder for easy organized it and east installation.
Go to Flash Tool extracted folder and run Flash_Tool.exe if you use windows 7 then please run it using administrator privilege. now please check DA DL All with Checksum option, you will get error when you dont check this option.
Click on Scatter-Loading button and point it to TWRP_v2.7.1.0_S850_ROW extracted folder on MT6582_Android_scatter.txt this action will load recovery image file to Flash Tool automatically.

After finish configure Flash Tool, now click Download button or hit F9, This will trigger pop up that tell not all images loaded just confirm it and click Yes button

Now turn off your device. Wait 15 seconds until phone completely turn off, now connect your device to your computer. Flash Tool will recognize your device and begin to start flashing process. this will take not more than 5 minutes to flash the recovery file. Flashing process will mark with RED and YELLOW bar bellow the SP Flash Tool, and if it already finish it will show GREEN CIRCLE int he middle of SP Flash Tool.

Disconnect your device and turn it on with this combination button, press and hold Power button + Volume Up + Volume Down button. Release it when you see TWRP custom recovery main menu.
