1. Hapus / Uninstall dulu BBM kalian yg versi lama. Dari Pengaturan/Setelan (Settings) > Aplikasi/Apl (Apps) > Pilih BBM , terus pilih Copot Pemasangan / Uninstall
2. Lalu buka Pengaturan/Setelan (Settings) > Keamanan (Security) > Sumber Tak Dikenal (Unknown Source) , beri ceklis pada bagian ini
3. Setelah ini lalu buka file apk yang sudah di download tadi dan lakukan instal BBM nya seperti biasa
